Morgan (Ferdinand office), always willing to help with any and all questions or concerns! The tech who came out to install the boxes were very professional and helpful with any questions and were very clear about instructions!

We recently had fiber internet installed at our property in Grandview. We’d been on the waiting list for a while and were very excited when we got the notification that it was finally time for install. The different crews that came to the house for the various stages of install were all very friendly and other than a few flags, left the property exactly as they found it. The fiber lines were buried and the network interface was installed all without tearing up the yard. We are a few months into our service and have found it to be great. The fiber connection is as fast as advertised, latency is very low, and I was excited to find out this is true fiber all the way to the modem inside the house. Before this fiber, we were limited to either fixed wireless, LTE hoke internet, or satellite…. none of which are very good in our location. We are very pleased so far with our experience!

PSC offers great internet and really helpful customer service. I had to call three times the other day and Nick in the tech department walked me through my issue in a very patient and professional manner. A good company to work with!

We love our fiber optic Internet.

I had a router that I wanted programed for using PSC. It came with no instructions. Only everything was Chinese. I don’t speak this language. Talking with a Technical advisor they could program it for me to use their PSC internet. And he did, thank you!!! You are amazing, I am not Tech savvy, saved me a lot of frustration. So again if you have PSC and have issues with your internet, give them a call. They are wonderful!!!
